A key role of civil society is to ensure public accountability for good governance, and to ensure community participation in the civic and political process. This section analyses opportunities and structures available to citizens to make their voices heard, and to exert influence at national, regional and international levels in support of sexual and reproductive health, and sexual and reproductive rights of vulnerable minorities.
